BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Please remember that this treatment uses your own blood and growth factors to replace volume whilst stimulating regeneration.  This being said- it is extremely important to invest in yourself a little extra before this appointment. Eat as healthy as possible and hydrate-  Your results depend on it!

• Avoid Processed food

​

• Focus on high protein, low fat, whole grains, fruits and veggies

​

• Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water daily

​

• NO SMOKING for 3 days leading up to this treatment- your results will be severely diminished!

​

• Optional: Start Arnica supplements (over the counter or on Amazon) to minimize any bruising

 

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

• Keep the treated area clean, but avoid rubbing vigorously

• Please avoid makeup at the injection sites for about 24 hours

​

• Maintain adequate hydration to replace blood volume (1-2 extra glasses of water!)

​

• Avoid Ice or anti-inflammatory medications- the inflammation response is positive in with this treatment! Remember- we are intentionally activating healing and regeneration.

• Please do not smoke- results will be hindered

 

• Wear SPF in the sun

What to expect right after your treatment:

Some mild redness and swelling is normal 

​

Brusing may be present in the area. Taking arnica supplements is helpful for this!

​

Consult your physician immediately if you experience any abnormal swelling or signs of infection!
